How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched from the UK by tracked service and normally arrive within 7–10 working days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Will I pay import duty or customs fees?
No. Every order ships from within the UK, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Our guide to buying optics in the UK explains why that matters.
Do I need a licence to buy a scope, red dot or weapon light?
It depends on the product and how you use it. We have set out the detail in Do You Need a Licence for a Rifle Scope, Red Dot or Torch in the UK? If you are still unsure, check with your local firearms licensing department before ordering.
Will this optic fit my pistol or rifle?
For pistols, match the optic footprint to your slide or plate — see our footprint compatibility chart. For rifles, check the mount height chart. Or email us the make and model and we will check for you.
Can I return an optic?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Email info@opticstrader.co.uk first and we will confirm the return details. Full terms are in our refund policy.
What about warranty?
Every product is new and boxed. If anything goes wrong, contact us first and we'll help with a manufacturer warranty claim where one applies.
How do the multi-buy discounts work?
Buy any 2 eligible items and save 5%, any 3 and save 10%, or 4 or more and save 15%. Optics and lights count; accessories such as tailcaps, switches and mounts don't. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.
Is checkout secure?
