The Holosun AEMS EVO Red Dot Sight (AEMS-EVO-RD) is an enclosed-emitter rifle red dot sight with Holosun's Multi-Reticle System — a 2 MOA red dot, a 65 MOA circle, or both as a circle-dot — behind a large 1.26 × 0.98 in (32 × 25 mm) window, weighing 3.9 oz (111 g) and supplied with a lower-1/3 co-witness mount.
The square, wide window is the point of the AEMS design: it keeps both eyes open and makes target transitions quick. Red is the most widely used emitter colour and the most economical on battery. The sealed emitter shrugs off mud, rain and debris, and Solar Failsafe backs a CR2032 cell rated for up to 50,000 hours. The housing is IPX8 rated for water immersion.
