The Holosun HM6X 6x Magnifier (HM6X) is a 6x flip-to-side magnifier that sits behind a red dot or holographic sight and gives the most reach in Holosun's magnifier range. Flipped in it magnifies six times for target identification at distance; flipped aside it returns the sight to 1x.
Six times magnification asks more of your head position than a 3x does — the eye box is tighter — but it resolves detail at ranges where a 3x is still guessing. It rides on a QD flip-to-side mount compatible with absolute and lower-1/3 co-witness heights, has an adjustable dioptre, and has windage and elevation adjustment for centring the dot.

Should I choose the Holosun HM6X or the HM3X?
Choose the Holosun HM6X at 6x if you regularly shoot far enough to need the reach and are prepared to work with a tighter eye box. Choose the HM3X at 3x if you want a lighter, shorter magnifier that is quicker to get behind for general use.
Will the Holosun HM6X work behind my red dot sight?
Yes. The Holosun HM6X works behind most red dot and holographic sights provided the two are at a matching mount height, and it is compatible with both absolute and lower-1/3 co-witness setups.
Does the Holosun HM6X have its own reticle?
No. The Holosun HM6X has no reticle of its own — it magnifies whatever your red dot or holographic sight is projecting, so the dot itself will also appear six times larger.
