The Holosun HS407C X3 Red Dot Sight (HS407C-X3-RD) is a 1x open-emitter pistol red dot sight with a single 2 MOA red dot on the Holosun 507C / Trijicon RMR footprint, in a 7075-T6 aluminium housing weighing 1.5 oz (43 g).
X3 is the third generation of Holosun's full-size pistol optic. The housing has been reworked for better ergonomics and the light sensor now faces forward, so the sight reads the light your target is sitting in rather than the light behind your head — which matters when you are shooting from a covered firing point out into bright ground. Solar Failsafe backs up the side-loading CR1632, Shake Awake sleeps the reticle when the gun is still, and Lock Mode stops the settings being changed by accident.
