The SureFire DS-SR07 Scout Light Remote Dual Switch, part number DS-SR07-TN, is a remote dual switch for SureFire Scout Light weapon lights in Tan, built around the DS00 waterproof switching tailcap with a remote pressure pad on a cable of roughly 7 in (17.8 cm). SureFire lists this switch for the Scout Light M300, M340, M600 and M640 families, excluding the Micro Scout Light Pro.
Because it combines the tailcap and the remote pad, the DS-SR07 gives you momentary and constant-on activation from either the rear of the light or the pad, wherever you place it on the handguard. It fits Scout Lights such as the M640DF Scout Light Pro rifle light, M640U Scout Light Pro rifle light, M640DFT Scout Light Pro Turbo rifle light and M640T Turbo Scout Light Pro rifle light, and the compact M340C Mini Scout Light Pro rifle light in Tan and M340DFT Mini Scout Light Pro Turbo rifle light in Tan.

Which SureFire lights does the DS-SR07 fit?
The SureFire DS-SR07 Scout Light remote dual switch fits the SureFire Scout Light M300, M340, M600 and M640 weapon light families. SureFire excludes only the Micro Scout Light Pro.
Does the DS-SR07 include the tailcap?
Yes — the SureFire DS-SR07 is supplied with the DS00 waterproof switching tailcap, so it is a complete switching assembly rather than a pad on its own.
What activation does the DS-SR07 give?
The SureFire DS-SR07 gives momentary activation on a press and constant-on with a full press, from either the DS00 tailcap or the remote pressure pad.
How long is the cable on the DS-SR07?
The cable on the SureFire DS-SR07 is approximately 7 in (17.8 cm), which is enough to place the pad naturally on most carbine handguards.
DS-SR07 or SR07 — what is the difference?
The SureFire DS-SR07 includes the DS00 switching tailcap; the SR07 is the remote pad on its own and needs a remote-capable tailcap already fitted.
