The Streamlight TLR-VIR II Weapon Light (part 69192) is a dual-spectrum weapon light for night-vision users: a 300-lumen visible LED at 5,000 candela, plus an 850 nm infrared illuminator and a Class 1 eye-safe infrared aiming laser. A three-position selector switches between visible, infrared and off.
The infrared modes run for up to 12 hours on a single CR123A lithium cell, and the infrared laser carries 3 mrad adjustment markings. It fits SIG M17 and M18 pistols and MIL-STD-1913 rails, in aircraft aluminium with a shock-mounted BOROFLOAT lens, rated IPX7. This is the black version.
How it compares
Want infrared on a rifle with far more reach? The ProTac Rail Mount VIR Pro rifle light and IR illuminator, or its USB rechargeable version. Visible light only on a pistol? The TLR-9 Flex 1000-lumen pistol weapon light. Read the Streamlight TLR comparison guide, or browse the wider range of weapon-mounted lights.
