The Streamlight TLR-1 HL Long Gun Kit (SKU 69262) packages the 1000-lumen TLR-1 HL weapon light for rifles and carbines, adding a remote pressure switch, a safe-off remote door switch, the standard door switch and mounting clips so the light can be worked without breaking your firing grip.
The light produces 1000 lumens output and 20,000 candela peak beam intensity for a 283 metre wide beam, with a user-programmable strobe, and attaches tool-free using the TLR-1 rail-grip clamp. The push-button and the remote switch operate independently, so one failing does not take the light out of action. 6000-series aluminium, rated IPX7, running two CR123A lithium cells.
How it compares
The pistol package of the same light is the Streamlight TLR-1 HL weapon light in black. For a focused long-throw beam on a rifle instead, the Streamlight TLR-1 HP Long Gun Kit gives 65,000 candela, and for a purpose-built rifle system see the Streamlight TLR RM 2 System rifle weapon light.
