The Holosun AEMS Macro Green Dot Sight (AEMS-MACRO-GR) is an enclosed-emitter green dot sight with Holosun's Multi-Reticle System — a 2 MOA green dot, a 32 MOA circle, or both as a circle-dot — behind a 0.9 × 0.9 in (23 × 23 mm) window, weighing 2.5 oz (71 g) and using the AEMS Macro footprint.
It brings the large-window AEMS sight picture down to pistol scale: the window is noticeably bigger than a typical mini reflex, so the sight is easier to pick up with both eyes open. The human eye is most sensitive to green, so a green reticle often appears brighter than a red one at the same power setting. The sealed emitter keeps the reticle clear of dust, lint and rain, and Solar Failsafe, Shake Awake and Lock Mode back a CR1632 cell rated for up to 100,000 hours. The 7075 aluminium housing is IPX8 rated and tested to 5000G of vibration.
