The Trijicon SRO Red Dot Sight (SKU SRO1-C-2500021) — SRO stands for Specialized Reflex Optic — is a 1× open-emitter competition red dot sight with a 1.0 MOA adjustable-LED red dot, a tall round sight window, a top-loading CR2032 tray and the Trijicon RMR footprint, in a forged aluminium housing in Coyote Brown.
The SRO exists because a small, square window slows you down. Its near-circular window gives far more vertical viewing area than a typical mini reflex sight, so the dot is quick to find on the draw and easy to keep in view through a fast string. Underneath it is the same duty-grade Trijicon engineering as the RMR — forged aluminium, waterproof, holding zero — with the battery moved to a top-loading tray so a cell change never costs you your zero.

Is the Trijicon SRO the same footprint as the Trijicon RMR?
Yes — the Trijicon SRO uses the Trijicon RMR mounting footprint, so it fits any slide cut or adapter plate machined for an RMR. The SRO differs from the RMR Type 2 red dot sight in its taller round window and its top-loading battery, not in how it mounts.
Will the Trijicon SRO fit a Glock MOS, Springfield OSP or Walther PDP?
The SRO uses the RMR footprint, so it fits Glock MOS, Springfield OSP and Prodigy, Walther PDP and H&K VP9 optics-ready slides with the correct RMR adapter plate, and it fits directly on any slide milled for an RMR. Our Trijicon RMR footprint mounting kit (AC32064) supplies that plate and hardware; slide cuts vary between production runs, so confirm your pistol's cut before ordering.
Can I change the SRO battery without removing the optic?
Yes — the Trijicon SRO takes a single CR2032 in a top-loading tray, so the cell swaps from above without unmounting the sight and without losing your zero.
